A killer has been roaming the lands of Skyrim, ruthlessly killing individuals when alone for no reason at all - there have been some sightings of a man dressed in black, face covered by a dark hood. Some locals who spotted him in Whiterun days ago are convinced he was insane and caught him talking to himself in a corner near a house, plotting something seemingly mad; a day later, the residents of the house were murdered.
There is a bounty of four-hundred gold on this mad fellow, wanted dead or alive - if you spot him, be careful!
